Most importantly, the stories you write are heroic.  Because they tell things as they really were, and are.

For example, the time when it all fell apart, and you had to figure out how to put it back together.

Perhaps your story is about when everything changed, and how you ended up changing everything.

Maybe you want to share the step by step process you developed to build a better life.

Or how you modeled your own success on the success of a hero you admired.

However, until you take the time to go within your own heart, soul and unconscious mind, you won’t be able to write your story.

How Will You Act at Your Moment of Truth?

By journeying into your heart, you are preparing to discover your moment of truth.

Because in journal writing, you are exploring and reflecting on your past.  How did you act, communicate, think and feel?  What feedback and results did get?  What changes will you make in your present and future?
