We are different to most online coaches and training courses you’ve come across in the personal growth and self-actualisation industry. Firstly, KESWiN Academy has a zero AI technology policy. That means you don’t have to put up with algorithms, social engineering, or fake “secret spilling celebrities.” Plus if you find technology frustrating or overwhelming, then we’ve eliminated that pain point for you right out of the gate. We provide clear, step-by-step “tech” processes, and access to real humans to guide you if you do get stuck.

Another thing that’s different is that we don’t drop a bunch of videos and ebooks on you that we recorded or published years ago. While we do have an archive of content, we prefer to work closely with our members to co-create content that mutually empowers people for today’s (and future) needs, not what may have worked in the past.

How do we do this? Well, every week we go LIVE on a Zoom call, hosted by our founder, Deb Donnell with ALL 150 members. Together we’ll go through the personal growth and self-actualisation topic of the week. And during the call, you will be able to give us direct feedback, on what you loved and what you didn’t. You can ask questions via the chat and get immediate answers. Plus you can let us know what you want more of and how we can best support you.

We believe inviting your contributions to shape each lesson and every session works to the benefit of everyone. Furthermore, it is well proven that collaborating, feedback and constant improvement (kaizen) are the secrets to success in personal growth and self-actualization journeys.

Also, don’t worry if you can’t make every live Zoom call. They are recorded and you have access to the replays as well as ask questions in the comments thread which are monitored and answered by our KATs (KESWiN Academy Team Support).

Deb Donnell - Founder

Our founder, Deb Donnell, is a NLP and Neuro-Semantics Master Practitioner and has been coaching people online since 2008. She is passionate about helping people on their personal growth and self-actualisation journeys.

Some of Deb’s other accomplishments include:

  • writing and independently publishing several best-selling non-fiction books;
  • mentoring thought leaders and memoir writers through their book publishing journey;
  • building search engine optimised websites and ecommerce stores for small businesses;
  • providing tech support and cyber-security training for non-technical 45+ year olds;
  • graduating as a GIA Diamond Grader;
  • designing and building LEGO displays; and
  • most importantly, being Meowmy to several cats over the years.

In other words, she has a lot of personal and professional knowledge, experiences, skills, wisdom, ideas, and narratives to offer members wanting to discover and share their treasure in similar ways.

The KESWiN Academy Community Membership is limited to 150 people (excluding our small team). We have deliberately chosen to keep this small, so you don’t have to worry about the usual issues of social networking.

Our Membership Options – Real Humans Being Human and ZERO AI Interference

We currently have two levels of paid membership (and a free newsletter subscription). As we’ve already mentioned, our private community is limited to 150 Members only, which ensures it is friendly, supportive and success focused. This also keeps it manageable for our small team of human beings, and avoids the need for invasive and impersonal technological tools such as algorithms, chatbots, automated and/or generative AI and so on. 

We also limit the use of cloud services (which at the most simplest explanation cloud is putting our intellectual property and members personal data on the technology owned by strangers). In other words, we work hard to keep everything, including your data on technology we own and manage ourselves. Where we do have to use third party technology, we make sure the settings are locked down in order to be private and secure, and any third party provider who does have access to it has been vetted and is known to us. 

From our own experience and deep dive research of most other online platforms and communities similar to what we’re offering, they rely heavily on automation, algorithms, chatbots, AI, cloud services, and other third party options. In other words, they don’t offer the personal customised coaching or peace of mind about your privacy and security that we do.  We feel it’s important to mention this, as this is part of our mission to retain our autonomy and help you to reclaim yours. 

About KESWiN Academy’s SI Community Membership

We call this “Self-Invested (SI)” Training, as you are, first and foremost, investing in your most important asset – yourself.  However, you are never alone as there will always be real people in our community or on our team able to answer questions, keep you accountable, or cheer you on. 

Plus Deb runs weekly live and interactive coaching calls via Zoom, which you can jump on to get  real-time assistance, find inspiration, or become empowered by adopting strategies that have helped others.

About KESWiN Academy’s PQ Library Membership

PQ stands for “Personal Quest” Training. We realise that not everyone wants to share their personal growth and self-actualisation adventures with others. Some people prefer to travel solo. And that’s okay.

With this in mind, we produce a lot of exclusive member only content that is designed to inspire and empower you, even when travelling alone. We provide this as tips, strategies, stories, resources, templates, and more. This is available in multiple formats for you to watch, read, listen to, and even download. 

And every 3 months we publish a series of personal growth and self-actualisation articles in our Potentials Quarterly magazine. This is published in pdf format and delivered direct to members’ personal email inboxes.  Members can then save and read it at their leisure. We try to design it so that it can printed it out if you prefer (without using too much ink).

How to Learn More About KESWiN Academy

We realise that building authentic relationships (and our community) is going to take time. Our goal is to limit SI Community membership to 150 people, because this is not only manageable for our small team, but it keeps the social aspect of online networking friendly and supportive.

So we don’t expect you to be ready to join right away (marketing research has shown that less than 3% of people commit to buying on first sales pitch). To be honest, we actually don’t want people to join us who rush in without doing due diligence. So we encourage you to take the time to read more on our website to get to know us.
