12 Easy Zoom Tips and Tricks:

1. Arrive early. We will start on the hour.
2. Grab a cuppa and a snack.
3. Have paper and a pen with you to capture the gems I will be sharing.
4. Best experience is on a desktop or laptop computer, so you can see the slide presentation and get the best value from the event.
5. Turn off all distractions (put your phone on silent or switch it off, close  browser and other programmes on your computer, silence email and social media notifications, etc).
6. Close the door to the room you are in if you are likely to be interrupted by others, including your pets.
7. If other people in your home, ask them to limit their internet use for the hour so you get the best streaming quality experience.
8. Attendees video and audio will be off, but your name will be visible to all participants. If you don’t want to use your full name, you can use your first name only.
9. We recommend you listen using earphones/headset as this gives the best sound quality.
10. Use the captioning option if you aren’t familiar with my New Zealand accent.
11. Post any question you have in the chat during the Q&A session. We’ll do our best to answer them.
