If you don’t feel you’ve received value and you decide you want to cancel any time within the first 30 days of your membership subscription purchase, just let us know and we’ll send you a prompt refund. Note: this only applies to your first subscription and cannot be used more than once (i.e. you rejoin the Academy at a later date, or you change your membership level).

We’re confident that you’ll find being a member of KESWiN™ Academy valuable. However, we want you to be happy, and confident that you are in the right place to be supported and achieve success on your personal growth and self-actualisation journey.
Therefore, if you don’t feel we’re a good fit within your first 30 days then we’ll refund you without any fuss.
We won’t ask questions why, or expect lengthy explanations as to why we aren’t the support you are looking for.
That said, we do appreciate feedback about what we could do better, as this helps us improve and provide a better experience for other members. It may also be something we can remedy for you, so you decide not to leave after all). Therefore we will provide you with a short exit questionnaire to give you the opportunity for sharing your feedback.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund log into the Member Area and contact our Success Department. Or you can contact us direct and let us know the invoice and subscription details you are wanting refunded.
How to Cancel Your Monthly Subscription
To cancel your monthly subscription at any time you can either:
- contact our Success Department, who will carry out all the admin on your behalf (i.e. cancel your membership in our payment gateway and the Academy, and process a refund, if applicable), and send you a confirmation email, or
- simply cancel your account via your account page in the Member Area.
Once you cancel your account you will retain access to the Academy until your current subscription period ends. When this is completed, you will no long have access to the membership area, including all content and community resources. You can of course rejoin anytime in the future!
NOTES:
- Due to the nature of the Service no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid, excluding the 30 day money back guarantee as stated above.
- The 30 day refund period only applies to your first subscription and cannot be used more than once. For example, if you join us, cancel within 30 days, and then rejoin at a later date, you cannot cancel within the rejoin 30 day period and expect a second refund.
- It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your membership subscription in good time should you no longer require it and do not wish to be billed further.
- Please cancel your account BEFORE your next payment is due. We are in New Zealand so any date you see in your account is based on the New Zealand timezone (we are one of the world’s first time zones) and so it is best to cancel at least 48 hours in advance to ensure you are not charged due to time differences. You will retain access to the Academy until your next payment is due, so you can cancel as far in advance as you would like.
