Username Format Requirement

Welcome aboard. We are a community of real people on quests to build genuine and authentic relationships with other members.

Therefore, please use your real first and last name, With first letter capitals, and no spaces, e.g. ChrisDume.

Strong Password Requirement

We require you to use a strong and unique password with a minimum of 12 mixed characters (see tips below). Click Here to view our Security Policy

Do not use a password you have used on any other site, as it may have been compromised and will be easy for a hacker to use here.  

Strong passwords have a mix of upper and lower case, numbers and symbols.

We suggest you choose a mix of 3+ characters from each line below (total 12+ characters):

  • 0123456789

You may like to get creative with using a memorable phrase using symbols and numbers to replace some of the letters.

According to Hive Systems Password Table (2025), it will take 3 billion years for a 12 mixed character password to be hacked.

Keep your password somewhere safe. We don’t recommend the use of any cloud based password manager as these are high targets for cyber criminals and we regularly hear about them being breached.

As a member, you agree that KESWiN Academy and its related entities may store and process your contact and other personal details for the purpose of communicating with you and keeping your informed about community activity, new content, events, offers, and other relevant information about your membership.

You can revoke this consent at any time by turning off notifications in your member account, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting our support team as per the privacy policy,  terms and conditions, membership agreement and other policies.

You also agree to keep your login details (username and password) and other privileged information (including downloadable documents) securely stored, and any devices, browsers, antivirus apps, and other related technology up-to-date when connecting with the Academy (including our online event centre) as per our security policy. If you are unsure how to do this, we provide fair use tech support to our members, along with training content. 

We also recommend that for the best member experience, that you use a computer desktop or laptop to access the Academy. We cannot guarantee how our content is displayed through mobile devices such as tablets or smart phones.
